Item doesn't fit? Not quite what you expected it to be? Don't worry we won't leave you hanging!
We stand behind our products at TBF and we value your business greatly, therefore you have 15 days from the time of purchase to return your item. In cases of preorder, you have 15 days from the time the item is ready for pickup and for shipping orders 15 days from date of delivery to return or exchange your item for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition or damaged in any way not due to our error would not be eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your store credit or exchange.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed and you will be awarded a gift card in the amount of your return in store credit or an exchange.
Sale items and Jewelry
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This is true for individual sale items or on site wide sales. Jewelry also may not be returned and is always final sale.
